Welcome to ICT Coaches Ltd.  – Norfolk’s newest coach company!

ICT Coaches Ltd. are Norfolk’s newest coach company but with over forty years combined knowledge and experience in the industry.

All aboard as Norfolk’s newest Coach Company takes to the road! Following the success and growth of local day trip and excursion company IC Travel, sister company ICT Coaches Ltd has been formed with 4 brand new vehicles making up the fleet.

IC Travel Managing Director, Ian Colman MBE along with Alison Fenton and Simon Spencer are co-directors of the new company and are delighted with the rapid progress seen after it commenced operating in early 2019.   As company owners and drivers we take great pride and care in providing the best possible service to you our customers and our reputation means that where additional drivers are needed we are able to attract and select those we consider best to deliver our company ethos.

With increasing business and the 2019 environmental regulations coming in to force in London ICT Coaches decided that the best option was to acquire new ‘Euro 6’ executive Coaches, the fleet comprising of 16, 32 and 53-seater executive Mercedes coaches. An 8 seater Executive Ford Torneo (operated by our sister company, IC Travel) is also available and is ideal for airport runs.

Our vehicles are used to provide the transport for IC Travel but are also available for private hire to groups, schools, businesses and clubs for both UK and European excursions. The two companies are able to provide a wide range of travel options from an 8-seater Private Hire vehicle for Airport transfers expanding to over 100 passengers across the fleet.  The company is a member of the Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT) emphasising the professional approach to business.

Understanding the needs of groups is key to our success and the team works closely with customers to ensure the entire process from booking to travelling is as easy and flexible as possible.  When you contact us one of the team will be pleased to help you at every stage of the process.  We try and be as flexible as possible with office hours and often we will be talking to customers during the evening or at weekends to help with their planning.
