ICT Coaches Ltd. are one of Norfolk’s newest coach companies but with over forty-five years combined knowledge and experience in the industry.
Background:
Following the success and growth of local day trip and excursion company IC Travel, sister company ICT Coaches Ltd was formed in January 2019 with 4 brand new vehicles making up the fleet.
IC Travel Managing Director Ian Colman MBE, along with Alison Fenton and Simon Spencer are co-directors of the company and are delighted with the rapid progress seen since the company started. From your initial enquiry to the day of your travel, our team will provide a fast response and excellent service. Quality and reliability are important to us all and our vehicles are maintained to high levels of industry standards. Our competitive remuneration package for our drivers means we can attract and select those we consider best to deliver our company ethos.
Enviromental:
Environmental impact is important to us all. The 2019 environmental regulations which came into force in London and other cities and towns had an impact on all coach operators. ICT Coaches decided that the best option was to invest in new ‘Euro 6’ executive Coaches, the current fleet comprising of 16, 34 and 53-seater executive coaches. An additional new 53-seater coach will join the fleet in June 2024.
An 8-seater Executive Ford Tourneo, 3-seater Executive Mercedes Saloon and 4-seater Skoda Octavia and Superb saloon cars (operated by our sister company, IC Premier Travel) are also available for hire. IC Premier Travel are one of the main providers of transport to Norwich City Football Club first team and management.
All of our vehicles are able to operate within Ultra Low Emission Zones without extra charge. This includes the extended Ultra Low Emission Zone in London from August 2023.
Our vehicles are used to provide the transport for IC Travel but are also available for private hire to groups, schools, businesses and clubs for both UK and European excursions. The two companies are able to provide a wide range of travel options from a 3-seater Private Hire vehicle for Airport transfers expanding to over 150 passengers across the fleet. The company is a member of the Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT) emphasising the professional approach to business.
Safety of our Customers:

Vehicle and customer safety is paramount and all our vehicles are maintained and inspected to the highest standards including safety inspections every 6 weeks for the coaches with main dealers and local engineering firms.
All coach companies are subject to OCRS rating. The Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS) system is based on data collected by DVSA over a 3-year rolling period and data is taken from annual tests, roadside inspections and inspections at operators’ premises for the following:

Understanding the needs of groups is key to our success and the team works closely with customers to ensure the entire process from booking to travelling is as easy and flexible as possible. When you contact us one of the team will be pleased to help you at every stage of the process. We try and be as flexible as possible with office hours and often we will be talking to customers during the evening or at weekends to help with their planning.
